The Farm Cottage

This lovely stone cottage faces South and enjoys the sunshine all day long! We have restored it with much sympathy in order to retain its originality. There are two double bedrooms and one single; the bathroom, with loo and basin has a very spacious shower, supplied with constant hot water.

The sitting room and kitchen are very “country cottage”; inglenook (housing a “Clearview” wood stove,) open beams, stonework and all complimented by superior soft furnishings. The kitchen is very well equipped; Aga/Rayburn cooker, “Stoves” electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The sitting room allows for simple relaxation, watching “freeview” television, DVD, Video, listening to the radio or your favourite music.

The pantry is well fitted with work surface, fridge freezer and lots of storage cupboards; beams in here too!

Clothes washing and tumble drying happens in the original dairy, this outbuilding is only a few steps away from the kitchen (there is a rotary clothes line outside).

There is a barbeque, outside table and chairs all within easy walking distance of the kitchen.

The spacious grounds surrounding the Farm Cottage extend over 2 acres the children can play and come to no harm here.
