Britain has a wealth of Agricultural history and our traditional farm buildings were built to last! Tyddyn-Y-Felin was built over 170 years ago and would have provided a living for a farming family; milking cows, keeping sheep and a few pigs. The house and buildings are amazing and as you will see from the photographs they are very solid and have been built in the good old fashioned way. Although we are not descended from the original family to farm here, we feel passionate about our heritage and we have rescued, renovated and restored these buildings into holiday accommodation, presented and managed to a very high standard indeed. We offer superior accommodation for couples or families as they holiday here on the Llyn Peninsula. You will find Tyddyn-Y-Felin down a country lane, surrounded by open fields and with the River Afonwen running by, it is a truly peaceful place to be. |
